REPORT

On the results of tests to assess the biological and economic efficiency of plant growth regulators Biosil, AD, Stimulin, vsr, Binoram, g. on spring wheat

  1. Plant growth regulator: seed treatment: Biosil, a. (100 g / l triterpenic acids), the composition includes an extract of Siberian fir needles, an adhesive, a bactericide, microelements in the form of chelate complexes and other bioadditives;
    Stimulin, vsr, (XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX);
    Binoram, g., A titer of not less than 25 billion, cells / ml, Pseudomonas flurescens, strains 7 G, 7 G2K, 17-2) 2.5 × 10 cells / ml).
  2. The place of testing: Akmola region, Shortandinsky district, LLP “Scientific-Production Center of Grain Farm named after. AI Baraeva », field number 4.
  3. Culture: spring wheat, grade Astana.
  4. The soil is southern carbonate chernozem, the granulometric composition is medium loamy, the humus content is 3.4-3.6%, pH = 7.0-7.2.
  5. Agrotechnics: predecessor – spring wheat, pre-sowing cultivation. Seed sowing was performed on June 3, seeding rate 2.5 million pieces / ha, depth 7-8 cm.
  6. Objects of application of the preparation: stimulation of plant growth and development.

8. Type of experiment: field, the area of the experimental plot is 129 m2 (4.30 x 30 m), the number of replicates is 4.
9. Terms and methods of application of the preparation: treatment of seeds before sowing, processing during the growing season of the crop.
10. The type of equipment, the rate of flow of working fluid: wheat seeds were handled manually, in plastic bags, the rate of water consumption at a rate of 10 liters / ton.
11. Peculiarities of the weather conditions of the vegetation period:

The meteorological conditions of the current year, like the previous year, differed in their uniqueness and ambiguity in influencing the productivity of crops. It is especially necessary to highlight the aridity of the spring period. With an average long-term amount of precipitation in May, 31.4 mm, only 5.8 mm actually fell. The first and second decades of June were dry and cool – in the amount of 4.6 mm, with a perennial 26.4 mm. In general, in June precipitation fell to half the norm at a temperature of 2.2 degrees below. July was very wet, with an average annual precipitation amount of 54.4 mm dropped 109.0 mm, or twice as much. Relatively low temperature (below the perennial by 2.2 degrees) and high water availability contributed to the intensive growth of green mass of plants. At the same time, good moistening of the soil caused delays in ripening and the danger of falling under low temperatures during autumn. The warmest was August – the temperature above the perennial is 1.6 degrees and less rain. Excessive in the amount of precipitation was September – 42.2 mm with a long-term norm of 24.4 mm, which led to the disease of wheat stem and leaf rust. In general, during the growing season, 204.0 mm fell, which is 13.5 mm higher than the average annual rate (190.5 mm). The temperature regime during the growing season (15.4 0С) was at the level of the average annual rate (15,8 0С).

12. Method of research: The effect of insecticides and fungicides on germination energy and laboratory germination was determined by seed germination on filter paper in the amount of 50 seeds in one sample in 4-fold replication at a temperature of 20 ° C. On the third day the energy of germination is determined, on the 7th day – laboratory germination and molding of seeds.

Taking into account the damage of spring wheat plants to root rot was carried out twice: in the phase, shoots-bushing and flowering in percent according to the “Rules for conducting registration tests and state registration of pesticides (pesticides) in the Republic of Kazakhstan.” – Astana, 2003.

The length of roots, shoots, number of roots is determined on the 10th day of seed germination in paper rolls in 4-fold replication by sampling of 50 seeds, their analysis and the size of the seedlings. Biomass is determined by weighing a wet and dry mass of samples after drying them to an air-dry state.

The rates of growth and development of plant cultures are recorded twice for vegetation, by selecting plant samples of 25 plants from each replication. Plant samples are analyzed, the plants are counted according to a certain phenological phase, the length of plants is measured, the wet and dry biomass of the sample is determined.

To determine the dry matter in plants, a refractometer was used. The liquid from the plant drips onto a special prism, thereby covering the whole surface of the prism, then it is necessary to direct the prism in the sun and look into the eyepiece in which there are values.

13. Method of carrying out of the account of a crop: sampling of sheaves from 1 m2. Structural analysis of 25 plants. The harvest was taken from the whole plow area by the Combine Wintershtiger Delta, later the yield data were reduced to 100% purity and 14% of the standard grain moisture according to GOST and recalculated in c / ha.
14. Biological and economic efficiency of the preparations are presented in Tables 2-7.

17. Conclusions about the biological and economic effectiveness of the tested pesticide (pesticide): When processing seeds with Redigo Pro, ks. With Stimulin, the quality of seed was improved in comparison with other variants of the experiment: the germination energy was 88.6%, the laboratory germination was 94.6%, the biological efficacy against mold fungi was 91.7% (Table 2). According to the field germination of seeds, variants of a fungicide with Biosil and a fungicide with Stimulin were isolated – 82.0% and 77.6% respectively (Table 3).

By the content of dry matter in plants, these preparations showed an excellent level. The highest percentage of dry matter showed a variant with the use of preparations of Redigo Pro, ks. + Tank mixture of pesticides (Granstar Pro, vd. + (SAW Trend 90) + Ballerina, SE, – + Puma Super 100, ae, + biosil, a.) – 25 , 4%, with a norm of 18.0% (Table 4).

In the blooming phase of plants, biometric analysis of plants was carried out. The length of plants was the best in version of Redigo Pro, ks. + Tank mixture of pesticides (Granstar Pro, VD, + (SAW Trend 90) + Ballerina, SE, – Puma Super 100, ae, + biosil, ae) – 104 , 7 cm, the length of the roots differed variant with the application of Redigo Pro, ks. – 0,4 l / ha + Granstar Pro, vd, – (10 l / ha + surfactant Trend 90 -150 ml / ha + Ballerina, s.e., – 0.3 l / ha + Puma Super 100, ae, – 0.6 l / ha + Stimulin, vs – 1.0 l / ha – 7.3 cm, the same variant was distinguished for all the indicated parameters in the phase of grain-ripening ripeness, The length of plants and roots was – 105.6 cm and 8.4 cm, respectively (Table 5).

Structural parameters of spring wheat as the length of the ear, the number of spikelets in the ear, the weight and the number of grains from the main stems, and the mass of 1000 grains were higher in the version with the use of preparations of Redigo Pro, ks + Granstar Pro, vd, (10 l / ha + surfactant Trend 90) + Ballerina, SE + Puma Super 100, a. E. + Stimulin, vsp, respectively, and in terms of yield, this variant was slightly different compared to other studied variants of the experiment (Table 6).
